Sheet Music for Brass Band

This piece was written on a suggestion from Mr Erik Silfverberg. This melody has been around during my childhood, and the aim was to preserve the familiar while giving it a breath of fresh air. Some notes in the harmonic structure may seem a bit strange, but there´s a plan behind it. Even thought God certainly is our firm and safe foundation, at the same time He will always be much more than we can grasp. The more exotic chords in this piece serve as a reminder that God will often burst through our limitations and exceed our expactations. The arrangement is suitable for concregational singing.
